Small groups

Simply put, our small groups help families feel connected. Be it a play group or a dinner group, having a core set of supportive and loving cheerleaders is never a bad thing.

AFFGS coordinates several small groups and new ones are continually being formed. We help get families connected, and then they plan to meet on a regular schedule (once a month or every other month) at someone’s home or outdoors on nicer days. Children form bonds with peers who look like them or have similar family stories. Parents connect to other parents who are journeying down similar paths. Win win.

If you are interested in joining a small group please complete the AFFGS Membership & Small Groups Form. If you have questions, please contact the Small Groups Coordinator before completing the form.
